Pathetic service ever received from an insurance company!!!

<p>On the 30th of November I wrote below complain regarding a cell phone insurance that was cancelled due to incompentence on the company side. I was made to repay the amount in arears and was affirmed that the policy will be reinstated and premiums will be debit from my bank account. Stil to date nothing has happened and I'm still not covered. This issue has been dragging for almost close to a year now. I was assured by the call center agent that they have been updated accordingly. Surprisingly every month premiums are still being debited from my old FNB account which has insufficient funds and end-up bouncing back and costing me in additional charges by the bank. I've contacted Hollard whenever this happens and to-date this issue hasn't been resolved. Today I just received an SMS saying that my policy has been Cancelled.<br /><br />Will someone in the client services have a look into this matter urgently?
