Pathetic service

Good day... I am so dissapointed with the service one gets from hollard legal...i have taken a policy years back and recently contacted them looking for ifo as to what am covered for? I was told am not covered for for some of the things and shud upgrade my plan, and i demanded to know what am covered for currently...i think it is pathetic for them to ask me to upgrade while they cant even answer my questions... Am still waiting for a legal consultant and sales, to call to explain my current plan... And answer some of the questions i have since last week monday.... I feel i have been donating to hollard, bcos they dnt have answers for me.... Hollard legal is just a joke.
