PATHETIC SERVICE

I bought a cellphone at game and was made to take cellphone insurance from hollard and when my phone was ****** i wanted to submit my claim only to be told i must claim with finrite who are the administrators for hollard. i submitted all the neccessary documents on the 1st of June till this day i dont have a phone and finrite says hollard are not responding to their email requests. pathetic service from hollard and finrite
