Pathetic service

We had a issue with the mechanical on our vehicle , hollard approved insurance and we sent the car to a approved rmi of hollard , after paying in full , they messed up our vehicle for something that was not an issue and now refuse to sort out , numerous calls , visits to both hollard and the useless mechanic and nothing has happen and who sits with the problem us? and hollard and the mechanic has been paid in full and are smiling.
