Pathetic service in my opinion. Had the policy for +-4 years now. Used a towing service once this Sunday and vehicle was towed to a dealership.. According to the policy I'm entitled to 3-4 towing services per annum. Now according to the policy, I cannot have the vehicle towed out of the dealership due to me rejecting the dealerships quote. Policy will be cancelled immediately
