PATHETIC SERVICE

WOW - Your agents are one of a kind i've sent through several requests and logged 2 complaints and still no help - i then call into the call centre and i express my frustration and your agent is rude on top of it then the call gets cut. i sent through several requests to have my policy amended and she advises that the changes have not been made but i received an sms notification that the changes had been made.., SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL ME BACK TODAY or i WILL BE CANCELLING THIS POLICY AND TELLING EVERYONE WHAT PATHETIC AFTERSALES SERVICE HOLLARD GIVES... my ID number is 790 ********** 084.. My changes were mailed and i expect it to be corrected and the amended policy and premium to be sent TODAY
