Pathetic Service

I have registered a claim on the 3rd December for a minor accident. Its now the 17th December and still not settled as yet. What pathetic service i received from Hollard. I had made serval calls and emails to them. So much for the advertising from Hollard Insurance. I will never recommend them to any one.
