Pathetic Hollard

Hello my name is Tshepo. Since 04th june my car has stucked and i tried to call hollard with no respond. They always keep on transferring my call till the airtime is finished. I took this matter to lawyer who also took time to respond and when he finally did the car was taken away for repairs on 22nd June. According to hollard the car must only be taken to the nearest dealership which is vw who are currently fully booked till 12th July. Its been more than a month since the car was stucked but every month i pay hollard yet the service is unsatisfactory.
