Pathetic customer Service from Hollard

I have an account with Jet and had a retrenchment policy to cover balance should i get retrenched. I have been retrenched , I have been trying to log a claim. Called in so many times, Waited on hold for Hours. Sent Emails, Left Messages , and its been 2 weeks and no one has called me, returned my call and assisted me , I am now listed on the credit bureau due ti on payment on my jet account . This is not the first time i have had such poor service from Hollard.

Its funny how when it comes to a complaint we get quick responses from Hollard , What happens to those people that do not have access to the internet and do not have the money and means to call wait on hold for two hours without any one answering your calls and assisting yoy
