Pathetic and *********. Always happy to take my payments every month for many years, but when I have a claim, it's a never ending cycle of one hoop after another I have to jump through?They'll ask for something, I'll send it, they'll wait and wait and then after several calls and mails to follow up from me, they'll simply ask for another thing? A dishonest and *********** cycle they simply keep repeating. Or they'll simply deny a valid claim.
