Pathethic Insurance company!

<p>My fiancé has car Insurance with Hollard for the past 2 years and has lived in Pietermaritzburg in KZN since the first day he joined Hollard. They keep sending him warning messages about a hailstorm in Kroonstad (Free State) for the past few months! Which is so ridiculous since he has NEVER lived in Kroonstad! </p> <p> </p> <p>We have tried to phone them numerous times and only get the switchboard who puts you through to someone who NEVER answers the phone. So we have also went on the website to leave a message and asked them for a call back but literally NO ONE responds or ever calls back!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is is absolutely pathetic. I think we will have to move to another insurance company. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ridiculous!!!</p>
