I am insured with Hollard and the service i recieved is absolutely pathetic and i would never recommend Hollard car insurance to anyone and i am definitely going to cancel my policy. My name is Kumaran Govender and my claim num is 883297-2. I recently had a bit of misfortune as my vehicle was ******, Hollard took my vehicle to Clarke and Kent sydney road to be done up. I waited one and a half months for my vehicle from them and yet i was told it would take 15 working days. Everytime I went to pick up my vehicle there was something wrong with it that was not complete i spoke to Hollard and there was no assistance. My vehicle was recovered in Umlazi Section D and within two days of picking my vehicle up my tyre burst, my vehicle overall before being ****** was in excellent condition as it is my only source of transport to and from work as i work nightshift so i have always maintained it. I contacted Hollard one week ago regarding the tyre bt up till now one week later they still getting back to me. it is very upsetting and disheartening as we take insurance on our vehicle so that we are put back in the same position we was before the incident.
