Partial cover

I live in a complex and my geyser is leaking, I informed the managing agents who then sent a plumber. The plumber advised they need to move the geyser so I let the managing agents know. The feedback I received is that Hollard will not cover the cost of moving the geyser so I need to pay for relocating the geyser and an electrician as well as the excess which almost R7000. All of these amounts were only provided to me after I informed them about the leaking geyser. I don't see why I need to pay an electrician when they would have needed to connect power to the geyser anyway, I am not requesting for the geyser to be moved, I am perfectly happy where it is if it needs to be moved because of space then that shouldn't be something I need to pay for, that should have been taken into consideration when an inspection was done on the buildings which is supposed to be done annually because its a short term policy. How am I being treated fairly as a customer when at the time of a claim I get a bill of almost R7000 which it more than double the cost of a replacement geyser? None of this was disclosed to me at any point. Based on discussions I had with other insurance companies and plumbers, all the customer pays is the excess and the insurance company covers the rest. I never expected to receive this kind of service from Hollard.
