one phone lost, one in repairs

Please advise what is happening with my query.

I sent it last year already in September.

This is two phones I bought for my 2 nieces and we don’t live together. They always asking when they will get there phones and I always say that I’m waiting for Game/Vodacom/Hollard to call me and let me know when I can come through.

They once told me that they will let me know when I can come and fetch the one phone, the one that was to be repaired and I’m still waiting. For the phone that was ****** (my niece got ******), I didn’t hear anything from you.

One of the cell phone numbers is ***. The phones are J1 mini. One IMEI number is ***.

For the one phone that is in repairs, I had to pay an access fee, which I did.
