One of the most frustrating call centres in SA

I have a Hollard motor extender insurance policy. I have been trying to get a hold of operator from the claims/service department for the past hour but no one seems to be picking up. When I call the sales department you wait nothing less than 15 secs which is amazing....just shows how companies will sell you a product so quickly but their service is poor when you need to use it. All I want to do is take my car for a service but I need their approval. All this stress for what I ask? Now I have to wait for someone...been waiting for a combined total of 25 mins. Looks like no one works there on a Monday.
