Not Paying Claims 5 months...

We Claimed on the 11 November 2015 for water damage on our wooden floor and this claim is still not completed. After waiting a whole month before you send an assessor and the floor even started to peel off. Then they wanted only to pay for part of the damage and not the whole floor but the Companies that we asked for quotes cant quote only for that part because they won't be able to find an exact color match. After many mails and telephone calls we are still not getting any response from you. <br> <br> So you guys already admitted that we have a claim but you don't want to pay for the whole floor. If I'm in an accident with my car, will you also only replace one part of my car with a different color ?<br> <br> <br> We also need to call / email you guys the whole time. Nobody is giving us any feedback!<br> <br>
