Not interested in new business

Spoke to a consultant regarding an extended warranty. He provided me with a quote and stated he will email the docs to me... never got those docs. He called the next day and I advised him of such. He stated he will resend.... still nothing! He just didn't call there after. Imagine if I accepted the policy..... I even provided him with the the best times to contact me.
