Not happy with the Reviewal premium process

I have been insured with Hollard insurance for 5 years now and have not made any claims to date. Each year I receive an email that my premium has went up and that my excess has increased. Each year my excess increases by a thousand rand. I was assured in 2018 that my excess will not increase but I have been supp**** with a letter that my excess is going up. I am not happy with Hollard. I am extremely furious . I requested to be transferred to someone I can speak to with regards to the excess and the consultant told me that they can help me. These insurance companies are robbing us?
