Not communicating as promised
I was phoned by Hollard Insurance on Thursday 2nd March to inform me that my bakkie is a write off and they would phone me the next week to finalize the claim. On Monday 13th March I phoned them to hear what is going on and was guaranteed they would phone me back on Wednesday 15th March. Up to date i have not heard any thing from them .<br>
