Not able to get through on phone lines

<p>I have been phoning the customer care number non stop but no one picks up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to cancel my current insurance on my C surance but like I say no one is able to pick up the phone when it rings.</p> <p> </p> <p>The numbers I am using is: ********** and ********** </p>
