Nonsene of companies

My policy Number GMPOL ********** . I have claimed last year already in January still nothing yet still deducting . I dont advise anyone to insure with these companies. I just want all the money deducted and will also go to the bank to stop the debit order. i have reported on hellopeter before but only got their attention then and once. Still waiting
