Non-existent Customer Service
Good day,
It seems like Hollard's customer service is nowhere to be found at the moment. I tried contacting your service desk twice in the last week about a query I have on my motor insurance via your website, but I get no response at all. Not even an email to acknowledge that I even sent you a message to get in contact with me.
Going on this and the particular query I have, I may just look for another insurer.
Truly pathetic.
