No what you quoted

<p>Due to teh cost of living I opted to research better pricing on my short term insurance. I got various quotes which all were cheaper than my existing Hollard schedule and yet with the same benefits. I cancelled my policy with Hollard and their retwntion department contacted me to retain me. Sipiwe gave me a new quote and it was too high due to a hail claim. I said I will opt for one of the other insurers. He called me back promptly and sai dhe spoke to his line manager and that they can do the schedule at the lower R2160 plus minus amount. I was happy. They said they would send the new schedule to me. It arrived and to my shock found that it was back at the R2700.00 plus minus amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called to log a complaint and requested they refer to their recordings as to what was agreed. Sipiwe called and said he will go ahead and cancel my policy...how rude.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable behavior and actions from a reputable isurance provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>My old policy number is ********** </p> <p> </p>
