No water. Not hollards problem.

I called hollard this morning when my copper pipes were ******. I was advised that a plumber will be out in 3 to 4 hours. It's been 3 hours and now I called the plumbing service and they said they would be here in 3 hours. I called at 9am. They're only coming here at 3.30. Then they have to take pictures and phone hollard to check if I'm covered. Am I going to stay without water for 2 days till the plumber n hollard sorts through all the paper work. I called at 9. 8 haven't had water the entire day. Now the plumber will come at 3.30 and take pictures and tell me they're coming back tomorrow. I need this sorted out today. How can Fogi and Hollard make their customers stay without water the whole day. Pathetic service. N I pay platinum homeowners insurance for this bull ****.
