No to HOLLARD when you have a Toyota

There was a dispute with Premium and Hollard, and they solidly refused to pay out for my Toyota vehicle. The worst part is that they insisted it was mandatory for me to install vehicle tracking systems. After all of that was done, they did not even consider paying for my insured Toyota, but they had absolutely no sympathy and no leniency in any way. This was a **** vehicle, and they just shrugged it off.

Do not expect them to assist when it comes to claims.

If a payment is disputed, other insurance companies typically offer leniency and allow you to make back payments, but not this company.

Reviewer Update
The representative who initially handled my complaint impressed me with her commitment to assist, but that is where the positive experience ended. After our initial conversation, I was met with silence. I had to make countless calls to follow up on the progress of my claim. Eventually, I received an unacceptable threat from the brokers managing my claim, I must withdraw my complaint and that they are going to reverse my previous payouts now.

I have provided all the necessary payment histories and documentation required of me. Now, I have made nearly 20 calls to Hollard's complaints department, leaving messages for them to contact me. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially since I urgently need a work vehicle. The unprofessional handling of my situation has put me at risk of losing everything. If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will be taking this matter public on X and escalating it to the ombudsman.
