I have logged two claims with them, I first sent them an email and they didnt respond.

Now my wife is facing challenges of exploitation at work, I called and they promised to call me back, they didn't.

Now my wife has to face her employers tomorrow with legal advise, no letter and no lawyer.

Hallard legal has failed me, but they always deduct money but there is no service.
