No Response will definitely move my Insurance

Good day, I currently hold a policy with yourselves for 3 of motor vehicles as well as household contents. When I initially took out the policy for the Audi the model was given as 2012. It is my husband's car and I was not really sure about the year model. Subsequently my husband went through the schedule and noticed that the year model is incorrect I contacted Hollard and changed the year and my policy for the Audi dropped from R1292.87 to R953.07.I went and checked on the Inspection report that was done at the request by Hollard from Glasfit and it was annotated that the car model was put down as 2008, would Hollard not use the Inspection report to check that the client has indeed given the correct information? And through a quality assurance process pick up these abnormalities. I would solely take responsibility if Hollard did not do the Inspection requested by yourselves to make sure that the car is in fact what the client stated telephonically but the Inspection was done.That would be prove to Hollard what the correct model should be and based on the Inspection report the amendment should have been made or the client was supposed to be contacted to request why??
