No response, no feedback, not answering phones
I had an accident with my vehicle on 22nd October, 2015. A report was lodged with my brokers and was given a reference number. the vehicle was assessed on 27th October, 2015 and I have been trying to contact Hollard on a daily basis.. Their call center number does not work. the direct line to Abigail works at times and they never get back to me. Sandiswa who is supposedly a manager who had undertaken to to finalise my claim does not answer the calls and does not respond. To date I am still awaiting a response from Hollard and desperately need my vehicle repaired. How does a person resolve this situation. Kindly help
