No response from Hollard Insurance

I get no response from Hollard Insurance at all. I have phoned numerous times. I have written numerous emails. I have written x3 complaints to there customer services department specifically dealing with complaints. I only receive back an automatic reply stating that someone will contact me within x5 days. And then no one contacts me. This is now dragging on for almost 5 months. What do I do?
