<p>I hand a claim approved by Hollard for repairs to my motor vehicle As i reside in Lenasia I requested Hollard</p> <p>to pay me out and I have my car repaired in lenasia or i take it to a panel beater in Lenasia and they pay him directly they insist i must take it to their approved dealer in Johannesburg I then have to make arrangements to get someone to pick me up in Johannesburg and take me to collect the car when its ready i requested them to get their approved panel beater to collect the car at my residence and drop it back at my place when its repaired they have now gone silent and i dont hear from them </p>
