No Policy number

Hi,<br> <br> i have no called in 5 times to get someone to give me my policy number with my id number and my girls id number every month the amount goes off, but it seems no one at the call center is able to assist me as they cant find me on there system how is that possible how can you deduct money off my account but not have me on the system, my cars wheel-bearings at the back is slowly going bad and i need to claim for it but i cant claim with out the policy number but no one there can help me with this issue.<br> <br> if anything ells on my car goes wrong because no one in your call center is able to give me my policy number i will claim it from your company. it not even that the part are expensive but there is a reason i took out the extender plan so that i don't have to worry about the small stuff.<br> <br> Please show me there is people working in your company that knows how the system work.<br> <br> you do know that a wheel-bearing that's not working can cause a wheel to fall of the car so you are playing with my life.
