No Info on asking

<p>Good day. I recently called hollard to check if my update was succesfull, because i was still getting sms about my old adress. Then i ask the consultant to tell me what is covered with my hollard insurance,. i specificly ask if my wheels of the car was coverd, they put me on hold and then to another department, after a while i got to the claim department, when i ask if my wheels are covered and what will my excess fee be., she told me that she can not tell me if i dont have a claim. i told her that i just want info on my insurance, I DIDNT WANT TO CLAIM, I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT IS COVERED AND HOW MUCH WILL MY EXCESS FEE BE ?? Was that to much to ask..</p>
