No Feedback on a claim

<p>I have a hospital cash back policy with hollard through Edgars. After my hospitalisation I called Edgars to enquire about my policy and was told I should call hollard ,fair enough. I called Hollard and the phone was not answered several times . I went back to Edgars for another number since the one I was given did not work. I have since submitted my doucmentation on a claim for Hospital cashback . I forwarded a Medical Aid Invoice and got several calls in a few days to advise that I have to send a hospital Invoice . I made sure I sent it at the earliest possible because I was told that was the only piece of paper holding up my claim. I sent it on the 18th May and got a message that they received the docs and will be contacted in 2-3 working days . I waited and on the 29th May I called and the gentlemen checked and informed me one of the agents will call me back in 24hrs . No one called or sms'ed . I then called again on the 31st May was taken from pillar to post and then told my claim was at risk department and they will escalate the call and will be contacted soon . I insisted on the date but could not get it. I wonder how much longer I should wait before I could follow up and where are all those agents who were calling me to submit speedily? When you are sold the policy you are assured the money will be paid in no time to cover your day to day expenses whilst at the hospital. The hospital has already recovered their hefty unpaid bills and I was left broke and still battling to get cash back or feedback . How does that help you with your day to day expenses ?
