No feedback no service and very dissapoiting

<p>Its funny when they say be carefull becouse the grass is not always green on the other side , this is what i am experinceing , i hav had my insurance with Alexander Forbes and i decided to change to Hollard , what a big mistake i have made ,this company not only does not give a **** about its clients but the employees have no regard for feedback or basic service yet they are co mfortable going into onces account and taking the money every month , my **** service started with them when i put in my claim that my laptop bakc and phone where ****** from my vehicle i put in my claim on the 28/11/2016 and till today i m struggling for them to give me feedback or assistance what makes me upset is that i told them that i am from north west and my incednet accured in Johannesburg and sent them proof that i was in johannesburg and now they expectg me to drive more than 180km to go to the different stores and ask them if they do not have recordings or cammeras that may have recordered my incendent i told them i am not able too , even at the police station they explained to me how the ******* that stole my items managed to get into my vehicle and steel my items but instead of them trying to help me they persist on asking me ****ed up questions and not even getting back to me what **** service is this and what makes me upset is that each time i have to call in and find out what is happening with my cliam ,what a ****en disgrace Hollard insurace is imagine if i had added my cars and house with them what a ****en mess i would have during claim stage ,this is so unbelieverble and more so very unfair but i hope going to the insurnace ambudsmand will help me get some sort of out come on my matter .</p>
