NO FEEDBACK FROM HOLLARD
My vehicle was in an accident on the 27th of May 2022. It was latter written off on the 6th of July 2022 after a lengthy delay - due to the assessor "not receiving the file on time". Hollard has continued to deduct insurance premiums from my account besides the vehicle being no-existent. 3 premiums have been deducted since the first e-mail communication I received, confirming that the vehicle was not to be repaired. Numerous mails have been sent by myself, enquiring on the deduction by I have not yet received feedback. I have utilized the web-based complaints too, still no feedback. Time Line 27 May 2022 - Accident 28 May 2022 - SAPS report filed 30 May 2022 - Hollard Notified, Brolink Agent acknowledges claim and all documentation submitted 08 June 2022 - Brolink sends e-mail, stating that the vehicle is a write-off 06 July 2022 - Assessor says claim has been finalized 12 July 2022 - AOL received, signed and sent back 04 August 2022 - Web Complaint sent, received auto reply 17 August 2022 - Complaint follow up, received yet another auto reply During this period, premiums have been deducted on the 25th of June, July and August - for a car that no longer exists.
