<p>I logged a claim via your website yesterday. After I submitted I got a message saying will be contacted within 3 hours. This was Yesterday 07h30..... I am still waiting.<br />I tried to follow up on it via Twitter and they are also not responding.</p> <p>What is going on?????????</p> <p> </p> <p>This is on the motor xtender</p>

Your services are absolutely disgusting. Its been a week and I am no closer to processing my claim. At least I have the proof and if further damage occurs to my vehicle I will be holding you responsible.
