No Faith

I'm writing to complain about the service we have received from Hollard Insurance Company in relation to the manner in which our claim was handled. Earlier this year, my son arrived home after school to find that we were burgled. After providing evidence and having witnesses who can attest to the burglary , our claim was repudiated, based on 'no forced entry been proven'. Insurance is there to provide protection against risk and to be protected against that risk. This does not seem the way in this situation. The items ****** were of great sentimental values which were acquired over the years with perseverance, hard work and dedication. Other basic clothing items right down to underwear and socks were taken.This traumatising burglary has been a violation our basic human right to safety. Having our claim being questioned by Hollard and not been entertained on the premise of being unable to prove forced entry, speaks to a lack of good faith which suggests unfairness, unreasonableness and no community of fair dealing, lack of decency, and no common ethical sense. This burglary has been a violation our basic human right to safety.We have been violated by both Hollard and the burglars!
