No Dealer Approved Repairers - Not what you expect from service

I had a similar experience. Hollard sent me to an assessor and repairer who were not Audi approved. It took them quite a while to figure out an alternative solution when I refused to fix my car at a non-dealer approved repairer. They eventually got me a dealer approved repairer after almost 2 weeks of putting in a claim, and then when I made a booking and requested a car hire which was part of my policy they indicated they do not allow car hires from Thursday or Friday so I am now going to be without a car from Friday to Monday. It’s also very interesting that I was able to get to independent quotes from Audit approved repairers quite frankly ones I am more comfortable with but am unable to fix my car there as Hollard will not allow this. I even asked Hollard rather pay me the money and allow for me to sign a disclaimer that I will not claim on these damages again, but they refused. Oh and please don’t forget you only have 30 days to put in a claim, so if your car had minor damages and you now decide you may as well get it fixed at the same time as a larger damage the claim will be rejected because the damage occurred more than 30 days prior. To be honest this is really poor and considering the premiums that were paid on the vehicle I am not getting ha
