No communication regarding the NCR bonus payment

I have been with Hollard Insurance for 3 years now and one thing about them. They will communicate, send documents and I was impressed and really loving it. But now I am due for the NCR and there hasn't been any communication. I had to email at the end of my NCR period and they said 30 days after. Today its 31 Jul 2023 + 30 days but still no communication so I must ask what's happening again. Please Hollard I know you can do better. You can even have automated messages sent out at the end of the NCR period on what to expect and the way forward. I'd like to know when can I expect the payment, has it been processed?
