Have emailed Ntshepuoa Makgale • Ntshepuoa@hollard 3 times since 4 September 2026 requesting an update on CLAIM NO - PTACLCN*** - DE KLERK MVA and no reply I also CC her the claims department Thembisile Mnisi and also no response
