No commitment

We live in a country were we think size is something that allow you to do what you want. If you make a late payment towards any of these companies you get warning letters (they want to blacklist you) the bank charges more on the late payment and so on, but when companies with all there smoke and mirror adds do not deliver it is OK because they are big.

I twice had to claim in two years through Hollard and both times they approve my claim and both times I had to go to the same panel beater. I have phone a few times the panel beater that promises they will phone you back but no luck. I have e-mailed Holllard and Charlene (Automagic-panelbeater) the first person to phone me from Hollard was trying to sell me insurance even after my e-mail clearly stipulated my concern with Automagic . My e-mail was sent on the 17 Nov 2015 (12H51). Eventually a guy came back from Hollard agreed that this is not the service they provide and will come back to me. He came back once said he sent it through to Automagic and someone in Hollard to follow up and that is it. I am without my car now for a month, I am not sure if they have lost, sold or repaired my car. BE AWARE OF BIG COMPANIES.
