No Call back after weeks of waiting

<p>My car was repaired at Renewit it. Unfortunately the hooter was damaged and not repaired. I phoned Hollard and was told I need to speak to an asessor, this was the 3rd of March 2017. Still no phone call. I have taken the car back to the panelbeaters but according to them the hooter sounds fine broken. Best I change my insurer as you clearly don't care.</p>
