New and appalled at the service Hollard Motor Xtender has given me so far!!!!!!

<p>To say I am appalled is an understatement, I have recenly taken out a motoplan for my car with Hollard Motor Xtender and as with every other insurance provider, they have also tried cutting corners. </p> <p>I have claimed for repairs to my engine which costs about R20k to replace, in my report from the workshop it CLEARLY states that I would need to replace my current engine. </p> <p> </p> <p>Quote was sent to insurance, to my surprise only R3 000 was authorised for a cylinder head. What I fail to understand is, how am I supposed to have the car repaired with just R3 000? My run ins with insurance are ALWAYS distateful, worst of all is that when I send messages, I don't get responses quick enough!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I am being inconvenienced, the worskshop is charging me for storage and I have to struggle every day to get to wor****! Unbelievable!!!!!</p>
