I was contacted by Hollard a few days after purchasing my new S6 from Cell C for portable possessions insurance. The consultant obviously made me feel that he is giving me the BEST CHEAPEST PREMIUM FOR THE BEST COVER for my new \Precious". We agreed on a small prorata amount as well a fee for July of R239.00 to be debited on 1 July. Instead I got an SMS of a debit order going off of very close to almost R1000.00 for ONE PHONE'S INSURANCE!! I also spent more than half an hour on the phone trying to sort the matter out"
