Never get back to you

On the 2 Dec 2015 a truck owned by Umso Construction drove into my wife's car whiel she was stationary. Their insurance is Hollard. It has taken until today for nothing to happen, they never get back to you, they always have an excuse/story/reason for no customer service. I would strongly suggest you do not use Hollard Insurance unless you enjoy the worst customer service I have ever had, they have no clue what customer service is. I am actually shocked at how poor the service is for this \reputable"company"
