Neglect to Provide a Claim for Car Mechanical Failure on my car

I took my car to BMW Clearwater in Roodepoort for servicing 9 days ago. When the technician done the diagnostics test they informed me that there was mechanical failure on the car. BMW submitted the invoice and details of failure to Motortech who administer the claims for Hollard. Their call centre people keep delaying the process and have still not registered a claim. I am unable to get the hired car and my car is still not being repaired. I do not recommend this company to anybody wanting to take out a mechanical warranty on their car.
