Needed help

Good day, My name is David i have a Contrack with cell where i asked for insurance on the phone. it is been a month now and still no one got back to me with my problems i am having just to get my screen replaced. i Can not wait 21 working days to get my screen fixed, so for all this waiting for the screen it looks like the phoned screen is totaling no longer functioning anymore, for this i could not logged in to my banking app to do my transfers for payments. We send emails and attachment letters to Hollard and Cell c and Still nothing is resulted.
