This company works via electonric application which is how the business is designed for contact to quote, claim or request help.... yet it does not work. I sent on the app a request 3 days ago for someone to get in contact with me yet till today no one has. my vehicle repair work was incomplete and they damaged my back seat and someone stole my towbar during the process of the repair stage. i cannot get help from the assessor or the insurance company. this is been the worst claims experience that i have had with an insurance company. one problem after the next.
