My Toyota was sent to a panelbeater, and Hollard insisted on pirate parts instead of Toyota parts. The pirate- part was sent, but it did not fit, so they had to send it back for another one. This delayed the process immensely. I am not happy that I am receiving a car with not the original Toyota parts.
