my mom nearly died of depression due 2 bad service
my mother had lost her phone. she was told to have a police report and pay excess of R200.she did as she was told by the call centre agent at Hollard. she paid this amount on the 2nd of February and as per policy, she was told that she will be given her phone in 72 hours.but only received it yesterday 10 March!!!<br> after waiting for a week she went to Game Store in Durban West Street to enquire about her phone. she was told to call the Hollard call centre. she was told by an agent that they have received all document and was asked to please call in 5 business days.when she did so, the call centre agents kept informing her that her claim is still being processed and she was promised that she will be called in 3 business days.but nobody ever called. she then started memorising the names of the call centre agents she spoke to. the first one was a Matsidiso who informed her that there is a problem with the supplier and they are not picking up.a Neo picked up the next day and dropped the call on her ear, Benny made her call the suppliers who never picked up. her blood level went up because she has diabetes and high blood pressure. she was even depressed due to the empty promises.
